Doing good for the ones in need!

This article is of a particular kind, and you might wonder why.

We had the pleasure of interviewing Melania, an inspiring woman pursuing a successful journey in the NGO world.

The interview was hosted in Romanian. However, we got you covered. So, please tune in for some valuable learnings from our discussion with Melania.

Once a famous tv presenter, Melania is dedicating her life to the beauty and challenges of the NGO world. Currently leading the association 'Zi de Bine', Melania lives a fulfilled life by meeting extraordinary people and solving societal issues.

When asked about her day-to-day life, she mentions: you can always help someone in need if you just ask: how can I help?

People are always busy; however, there is always time to be generous, and she invites communities to donate some of their time for several highly important causes, from education to transport.

She is happy to invite others to contribute to causes that greatly impact people's lives.

NGO work is her self-care, and she highlights how much you realize the blessings in your life when faced with helping different people with severe issues. It brings a different perspective and much more gratitude into our lives.

Her career in journalism and tv taught her valuable skills, and she decided to shift towards NGO work for a happier life, bringing real impact to communities.

We also discussed fear and how she handles fearful situations. While explaining her first time quitting her role in tv for pursuing a master's in logopedic, she confessed that the fear of failure was with her.

However, how can you fear something that hasn't yet happened? Pursue that opportunity instead and see how it turns out.

The moral of the story is that you should follow a career path that brings you happiness and do good for the ones around you.
