Are you a connector, storyteller, and advocate for women’s empowerment? At Femme Lead, we believe community is the heart of progress, and we’re looking for a Volunteer Community Manager to help us nurture and grow ours.
Based in Copenhagen (open to remote volunteers in Europe & North America), Femme Lead curates impactful events, content, and discussions that help women map their way to a fulfilling career.
This is a volunteer role, perfect for someone looking to gain experience, build a professional network, and contribute to a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
What you'll do:

Co-lead our online community events and engagement campaigns where we engage directly with members and speakers to bring to life inspiring content.

Create and manage engaging content across Femme Lead’s community channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter, etc.).

Foster authentic conversations and connections within our network of members and partners.

Help coordinate campaigns and online events to expand visibility and impact.

Support social media and online communication strategy, aligned with Femme Lead’s mission.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Love for community building and genuine engagement. Especially online collaborations and engagement across channels.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
✅ Experience in community management, social media management, or event organization
✅ Knowledge of content creation, writing, and editing for community outreach
✅ Creativity and strategic thinking to propose new ideas and foster collaboration opportunities
✅ Be organized, proactive, and collaborative.

💡 This is an unpaid, volunteer role, requiring approximately 5-7 hours per week, remote, with a Copenhagen-based team that meets regularly.
